Description
Omega-3 is a food supplement with highly concentrated fish oil. Each softgel contains 1,200 mg of fish oil, of which 720 mg are omega-3 fatty acids with 432 mg EPA and 288 mg DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA also contributes to maintaining normal brain function. The product is formulated to suit an active lifestyle and is taken with meals for best absorption.

Dosage
Take 1 softgel, 2–3 times a day with meals, or as recommended.
