Description
Hair, Skin & Nails contains a broad composition of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts designed to suit people who want to support hair, skin and nails through their daily diet.

The formula contains, among other things, biotin and zinc, both of which have approved functions linked to hair, skin and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for the normal function of the skin. Vitamin A, riboflavin, niacin and iodine all contribute to maintaining the normal condition of the skin.

The product is supplemented with ingredients such as bamboo, horsetail, nettle and spirulina – plants that are often found in dietary supplements for this category. The combination of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts makes the product easy to use as part of a balanced lifestyle.

Dosage
